But what is enderslime? Ender realm is cold and evil(maybe, not evil, but bad & unfriendly), not for so cute one. Or it live in caves under the strongholds, like a result of slime mutation? Or it endermen so catches slimes xD?

Well, I would think they would be a VERY hard spawn, like a Slime but harder... Maybe in well lighted abandoned areas.
